Get ready! The 2022 10,000 Pushups Challenge launches on February 1st. This year the Tom Rowland Podcast has partnered up with Captains For Clean Water to help spread the word and add supporters to the mission. 

Captains For Clean Water is a grassroots 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that fights to restore and protect our water resources.

Does completing 10,000 pushups in a month sound too daunting to you? No problem! This time around you can make it a team challenge. Add your friends and co-workers to your team and complete the challenge together. 

As we always say, we're better together and the same goes for supporting a great organization like Captains For Clean Water.
