Now both her son and daughter are in love with the sport and Angelica has become the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Liaison for United Women on the Fly! As you'll hear in the intro to this episode, growing up in Northwest Ohio Angelica didn't see any other people of color outside of her immediate family out on the river and questioned whether or not she belonged. Perhaps as a woman, or a minority, you have felt the same way.
