Al Lindner joined up with The Woman Angler & Adventurer podcast and spoke with us. Al's years of experience gives him a unique perspective on the fishing industry both past and future. Social media has helped fuel the change and the working in the fishing industry has significantly more options than it ever has before.
One of Al's recent brainstorms was the Fishing Careers Workshop. Now in its third year, Al's talks about this year's guests, the many options available to those looking to work in the industry and how people can sign up for the workshop.
Al Linder is well aware of how women have helped the fishing movement grow and talks about some of the early pioneers to leave their mark in the industry.
