This week I'm excited to welcome a true innovator in the world of women in fishing to the podcast. I'm talking about Terri McKinnon.  She began her career in fishing back in 2005 when she started a company called FisherGirl. She developed a pink fishing rod specifically for women and it turned a lot of heads at iCast, winning two awards! Her story goes on from there. Now she's a leader and co-founder of a Facebook Group called Women Fishing and membership in the group is exploding!
