I first met Kenny at the Association of Great Lakes Outdoor Writers conference back in 2018 in Bismark, ND. We got to go fishing together on the Missouri River thanks to Angler Qwest pontoons. On that day, I remember learning so much about his career and his connection to some of the amazing women behind the growth of female competitive bass fishing such as Sugar Ferris and Carol Boykin. We also discuss the work he's done to teach mentally and physically challenged kids to fish.
When he tells a story, you hang onto every word! Enjoy!
Need a gift for the angler in your life? Check out Kenny's Christmas Kit featuring a hand-selected assortment of his favorite trout lures from Al's Goldfish Lure Co. (4 or 6 lure kits available with a custom tackle box)! Link below!
