This week on the Woman Angler and Adventurer, Co-Host Captain Barb Carey travels to Racine WI to fish on Lake Michigan. Barb loves to fish big water and is crazy about chasing Trout and Salmon
For this trip, she was joined by her friends Gerri and Kim to chase some trout and salmon on Lake Michigan. After an exciting day of catching fish and adventures on the water, they return back to the house and prepare the fish for smoking and grilled some for dinner.
See how they prepare and smoke the fish. In addition to smoking a batch of fish, they grilled up some ginger teriyaki and lemon peppered Coho Salmon and Lake Trout.
